Mr. N. R. Krishnan, Senior Advisor
N. R. Krishnan (Research Advisor) IAS: M.Sc. (Chemistry) – University of Delhi. Lecturer Fellow, Queen Elizabeth House, Oxford, U.K. (Worked on Environmental Policy) Harvard University (Summer, 1989). Former Environment Secretary to the Government of India has worked in the Government for over 30 years in various positions in Ministries of Industry, Energy, and Environment and Forests. Has been involved in environmental conservation since 1972 and has been connected with U.N bodies and industry on sustainable development.

Mr. K. P. Nyati, Senior Advisor
K.P. Nyati (Research Advisor): Masters of Engineering in Chemical Engineering, BITS, Pilani, Diploma in Environmental Engineering, Germany. Working as Head, Environment Management Division, CII, has over 25 years of experience in the field of environment and development. Worked extensively on industry related environmental issues as head of environment divisions at NPC, CII and other multi and bilateral governing bodies.


Professionals

Dr. Rashmi Naidu, Programme Co-ordinator (Research & Advisory)
PhD in Environmental Chemistry, Masters in Environmental Science. Working as Programme Co-ordinator with NetPEM, holds a doctorate degree in Environmental Chemistry with 10 years of research experience. She is also a visiting faculty in the Dept. of Environmental Science, Institute of Science, Nagpur for the last 10 years.

Mr. Shrirang Bhoot, Senior Researcher
Working as Senior Researcher with NetPEM, has done his Masters of Technology in Environmental Science and Engineering from IIT Delhi and Bachelors of Engineering in Civil Engineering. Is currently working on a project related to European Union Directives (EU Directive). He has done Research in the field of wastewater treatment and its quality improvement by advanced membrane technique, Air Quality Modeling for thermal power plant emission.

Dr. Shruti Ralegaonkar, Project Associate
She did her M.Sc. in Environmental Science from Udaipur (Raj) and holds a doctorate degree with specialization in the field of Phytoremediation. Presently working with NetPEM as project associate and involved in policy research programme (REACH) - a project related to European Union Directives (EU Directive) and other projects related to education and training. She has also served as Environmental officer in an environmental consultancy firm at Udaipur. She has completed a post doctorate research project under Women Scientist Scholarship Scheme of DST, New Delhi and has three years of teaching experience.

Urvi Maru, Project Executive
Has done Masters of Science in Microbiology from Nagpur University and currently working as Project Executive with NetPEM. Here working on the Sustainability issues of Leather Industry Network (SINET) and on Latest developments in Social and Environmental Responsibilities (LASER) in Europe.

Miss. Sonal Pandey, Web Design & Developer
Has done Master of Computer Application from Nagpur University , ORACLE certified working as Web Developer with NetPEM & is responsible for development & maintanence of Websites .

Management & Staff

Mr Sanjeev Kumra, Director H R & Admin
He is responsible for the overall administration of the NetPEM and the implementation of its mission and vision for continued growth. He has done his Bachelors in Science from Nagpur University. He is also pursuing International Diploma in Preventive Environmental Management.

Mr. Edwin Paul, Accounts Officer
He has working experience of more than 15 years in the field of managing finance and accounts of NGOs including FCRA account; Also proficient in administrative work and have good communication skills. He is extending support for various projects of NetPEM in making projects & financial reports. Has done masters in Commerce and Diploma in Financial Management.



Sandhya Nair, Administrative Officer
A Masters in Commerce from University of Pune, specializing in Business Administration, she is responsible for the overall office administration. She is also managing the distance education programme, ‘International Diploma in Preventive Environmental Management (IDPEM)’. She has an experience of 3 years in the field of accounts and administration.
